Wind is always a factor on the links-style front nine while Jacobs Creek meanders through the tree-lined back nine. With alumni ties to the renowned Penn State turfgrass program, the course provides superior playing conditions and a strategic Ron Forse designed layout. The flat terrain is unusual for a mountain course. The facility features a well-appointed pro shop, spacious grass practice tee, PGA instruction and the unique Black Dog Pub, hosts over 200 group outings annually and is close to all Laurel Highlands attractions.
